Robin Quinn joined CUTLER & WILENSKY LLP’s in 2005 as a paralegal and manages and oversees a variety of matters for the firm.

Robin coordinates the litigation and transactional matters with the firm’s lawyers, as well as with the clerk’s office in Federal and State courts, the Attorney General’s Office, Secretary of State, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and other governmental agencies and regulatory bodies.

Working with the firm’s attorneys, Robin works on all stages of the firm’s litigation practice from the drafting of demand letters to the preparation of pleadings and discovery, as well as trial preparation. Robin also assists with the formation of new corporations, limited liability companies or other entities as well as maintaining, amending or dissolving existing entities for the firm’s clients.

Robin manages the administrative functions for CW, including the firm’s filing system, as well as updating the system to be both electronic and in paper form.  Robin also is responsible for tracking client invoices and the firm’s accounts payable.

Previously, Robin worked as an Executive Assistant for the CEO of a consulting firm in Boston. While employed as an executive assistant, she managed all aspects of the accounting for the business, maintained the CEO’s calendar, updated and maintained the client contact database, organized the filing system, prepared monthly newsletters, researched and scheduled business and personal travel arrangements for the CEO and interfaced with the business’ national and international clients.
