Attorney Leila Payan's practice is exclusively focused in the area of immigration law, which includes the representation of Chinese and Taiwanese nationals.  Her practice areas include:

v   Non-Immigrant Visas: E, F, H, K, L, M, R; and

v   Immigrant Visas: relative petitions, employment based petitions, investment petitions, religious petitions, refugee and political asylum.

Leila Payan graduated from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, in 1994, and was admitted to the California Bar that same year.  In 1995, Ms. Payan was admitted to the Florida Bar.

Ms. Payan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been practicing U.S. Immigration Law exclusively for the past thirteen years.  Catherine Chow, senior paralegal with Ms. Payan's firm, has over thirty years of experience in immigration matters and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
